Refund policy

We stand behind our products, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your mount you can return it within 30 days for a for a full refund less return shipping costs. 

If you happened to break a mount* please let us know by sending an email to sales@readymountusa.com, we will send you a replacement at no cost, no matter how old your order is. We just ask you send back the broken mount so we can evaluate, and if needed, improve the design. 

*If the wrong screw type is used during the installation and this damages the mount it will void the warranty. Please make sure to review our Installation page instructions when installing the product.
